Check In

Check In/out is at the LETRA OFFICE between 1600-1800. Late arrivals need to make prior arrangements with the camp host to ensure a speedy check in upon arrival.

Check Out

Customers leaving before 1100 should drop the keys in the key drop box located outside the LETRA Office. Before checking out, guests should ensure the following:

  • Dishes are washed, dried, and stored.
  • Trash is removed from inside and outside the cabin to the dumpster.
  • Furniture is returned to its original position.
  • The lights and television are turned off.

During the winter months, leave the heater on low and the water dripping in sinks.

During the summer months, leave the A/C unit turned on and set at 75°.

Failure to leave the cabin in accordance with these standards might result in additional charges, i.e. repairs/cleaning fees.

Cancellation

72h notice is required for all cancellations or changes to reservations. Refunds will not be given for early checkout unless caused by a declared emergency or security circumstances, no notice deployment and/or natural disaster.

Due and payable at time of check-in. Should your account become delinquent, steps necessary to recoup said fees for time spent in the park will be initiated up to and including legal action and/or garnishment of pay. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins. Pets are not allowed. Service animals are accepted. A charge for a pet cleaning fee of $25 will be added to your cabin price and is due at check in.
